Fair Play

Secure bounty runs are checked server-side

For bounty-enabled games, PlayOasis records the run, validates it on the server, and uses that verification flow to protect the challenge before results are finalized. If a run looks suspicious, it can be rejected or held for manual review instead of settling automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Oasis is a skill-based competition platform. Winners are determined by performance, not chance. All players face the same game mechanics and rules, but each gets a unique challenge seed. The best score always wins.
The Arena is where you play asynchronous games to practice against other players. Nothing is on the line besides pride. Use it to sharpen your skills before entering real money bounties.
Paid play uses self-custodial Privy wallets on Base. New players can buy USDC with Coinbase Onramp, and experienced players can transfer in their own USDC on Base from another wallet or exchange. Withdrawals are crypto-only in MVP.
Secure bounty runs record gameplay inputs and send them to the server for validation. PlayOasis replays or reviews the run server-side, compares the submitted result against the verified result, and can reject or hold suspicious runs for review before a bounty is settled.
Yes! Practice mode is 100% free forever. Play unlimited games, learn the mechanics, and master your skills before ever spending a dime.
Bounties are challenges where a host posts a USDC prize pool, then plays to set a score. Other players pay USDC entry fees to try and beat that score. If you beat the host, you win the posted prize. If you host a bounty, you earn when challengers fail to beat your score. To learn more, check out the bounty page.
Hosting is riskier: you put up the bounty money, but the upside is higher when challengers fail. Challenging is safer, with smaller guaranteed payouts when you win.
Yes, but MVP withdrawal is crypto-only. You can send USDC on Base to your own wallet or exchange account that already supports Base USDC. Oasis cannot verify exchange compatibility from a bare address alone, and fiat bank withdrawal is not built into Oasis yet.
No. Coinbase is the easiest beginner-friendly way to buy USDC, but your Oasis wallet can also be funded from any wallet or exchange that supports USDC on Base. For withdrawals, your destination just needs to accept USDC on Base.
